To confirm any booking a one days lesson fee of 50,000 japanese yen, per instructor, is required. This must be paid by a bank tranfer to SIJ's Japanese Bank Account.
Bookings cannot be guaranteed until this deposit is paid. The deposit is non refundable!!!
The balance of the instructors fee is due prior to the commencement of lessons by a bank tranfer to SIJ's Japanese Bank Account. Or maybe be paid in japanese yen, cash, on arrival to the ski resort.
In case of accidents or unforseen circumstances a refund, of the balance of the fee, maybe entitled, depending on lessons missed. This will be negotiated by both parties.
For all payments an invoice will be sent and upon recieving payment receipts will be issued.
Personal insurance and waiver forms are a must!!!!!
Snow Instructors Japan . Com require all lesson participants to have their own private medical insurance, and are also required to sign a waiver form acknowledging the risks of snowsports and voiding the companies and employees responsibility in case of an accident.
